Such actions will be judged solely by Sponsor. If there is a disagreement about who the winner is, the person whose approved account was used to enter will be thought to be the winner. The “authorized account holder” is the real person whose email address was given to them by an ISP, an ISP, or another group in charge of giving out email addresses for the domain linked to the submitted address.

If Sponsor confirms that an Application was removed, lost, or destroyed by mistake, the only thing that the entrant can do is submit another Application, if time allows. If Sponsor doesn’t follow any part of these Official Rules, that doesn’t mean they don’t have to follow that or any other part.
